We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all website development projects:

• Guarantee applies from project completion date
• Must be claimed within 60 days of delivery
• Requires return of all project files and assets
• Does not cover third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses)

4. Payment Terms

• No deposit required for projects under £500
• Payment plans available (2-3 monthly installments)
• Full payment due within 7 days of project completion
• Late payment may result in project file retention

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to your website including:

• Custom design and code
• Content you provide
• Source files and assets

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability
