1. Quotes

Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

2. The 60-day guarantee

Every project carries a 60-day guarantee from launch. If anything is broken or not as agreed in that time, we fix it free. If you are still not happy, you can have your money back instead: the request must be made within 60 days of launch, and when a refund is paid you return the delivered files. The guarantee excludes third-party costs such as hosting, domains and paid services, and it does not cover SEO work or compliance reviews.

3. Payment

• ·No deposit is required.
• ·The balance is due within 7 days of project completion.
• ·We may retain deliverables in cases of significant late payment.

4. Ownership

• ·You own the custom design and code produced for your project.
• ·You retain ownership of all content you provide.
• ·All source files are transferred to you on completion.
• ·Own Time Studios retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. The free demo

The free demo is exactly that: we build a demo of your new site, with your content, and show it to you live before you commit, with no deposit and no obligation. If you choose not to go ahead, you owe nothing, and you are free to take the ideas elsewhere; the demo itself and its files stay with us. If you go ahead, the price is confirmed in writing first. Hosting, domain management and care plans are optional and quoted separately in writing.

6. Referrals

If someone you refer becomes a client, we pay you £100 once their site is live and they have paid for it. To claim it, tell us who you referred, by email or WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for:

• ·Loss of business or profit.
• ·Outages caused by third-party services.
• ·Content provided by the client.
• ·Changes to third-party platforms or APIs.
