1. Quotes and indicative ranges

Indicative ranges shown by the free website audit and concept tools are honest estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

2. The 60-day guarantee

Every project carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from completion. To qualify, the request must be made within 60 days of delivery and you will be asked to return any delivered files. The guarantee excludes third-party costs such as hosting, domains and paid services.

3. Payment

• ·No deposit is required.
• ·The balance is due within 7 days of project completion.
• ·Payment can be split into 2 or 3 monthly instalments at no extra cost when agreed in the quote.
• ·We may retain deliverables in cases of significant late payment.

4. Ownership

• ·You own the custom design and code produced for your project.
• ·You retain ownership of all content you provide.
• ·All source files are transferred to you on completion.
• ·Own Time Studios retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Free homepage designs

The free homepage design offer is exactly that: we design your new homepage before you commit, with no deposit and no obligation. If you choose not to go ahead, you keep the design. Build, hosting and the rest of the site are quoted separately in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for:

• ·Loss of business or profit.
• ·Outages caused by third-party services.
• ·Content provided by the client.
• ·Changes to third-party platforms or APIs.
