Who it is for

This service is for businesses that take bookings, orders or payments and are still doing it by phone, DM or a third-party app that takes a cut. Venues, bars and restaurants. Barbers, salons and studios. Anyone running events, classes or appointments. If customers keep asking whether they can book online, this is the fix.

We are a Southend-on-Sea studio working across Essex, London and the South East, and remote UK-wide. Locally that means Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, Chalkwell, Thorpe Bay, Shoeburyness, Rayleigh and Rochford, and we are happy to meet in person across Essex and London before anything is agreed.

  Hourly slots, appointments, tables, classes or event enquiries. At ONE94 that means darts, shuffleboard and pool booked by the hour, plus event bookings for whole spaces.

• Online ordering

  Menus and products your customers can order from directly, so the order arrives correctly the first time instead of over the phone during a busy shift.

• Confirmations for every booking

  Automatic confirmation emails for you and the customer, so nothing rests on a notebook behind the counter.

• A site built around the platform

  Booking and payments are not bolted on. The whole site is designed so the thing you want customers to do is the easiest thing on the page.

• You own everything

  Design, code, content and source files are yours. If we ever part ways, you take the lot with you.

• 60-day guarantee and no deposit

  You pay no deposit to start, and the work is covered by our 60-day guarantee.

• Optional care and maintenance

  A care plan can cover updates, changes and keeping the platform healthy after launch. Optional, not compulsory.

Honest scope notes

Stripe charges its own processing fee on each transaction, and that fee goes to Stripe. We build the platform and hand it over. Payments land in your own Stripe account, and we do not sit between you and your money.

Simple websites start from £250 and go live within 7 days. A booking and payments platform involves more: payment flows, testing, edge cases. We scope it properly and agree the price and a realistic timeline before any work starts. There is still no deposit, and the 60-day guarantee still applies.

If an off-the-shelf system already does what you need, we will tell you. A custom platform earns its keep when your business does not fit the template: game rooms booked by the hour, pop-ups inside workplaces, event hire across several spaces. If a simple booking widget would serve you better, you will hear that from us in the first conversation.

Fair questions

Do payments go through you?

No. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own processing fee, which goes to Stripe. We build the platform and hand it over; we do not handle your money.

Do I need a Stripe account already?

No. Setting up Stripe is part of the job. We help you create the account, connect it to the platform, and test real payments before anything goes live.

Can you build around the way my business actually runs?

Yes, that is the point of a custom platform. ONE94 in Leigh-on-Sea books darts, shuffleboard and pool by the hour and takes event bookings for spaces holding up to 100 guests. Industrial Barbers runs a pop-up barbershop inside London workspaces. Neither fits a standard template, which is why both have sites shaped around them.

How much does a booking and payments platform cost?

What happens after launch?

Everything is yours: design, code, content and source files. If you want us to stay involved, our care and maintenance plans cover updates and changes. If you would rather run it yourself or hand it to another developer, you can, because you own it.
